10,02 p.m. for the purpose of canvassing election returns of August 7, ,
1961.. Present wore Coan, Hormsen, Ross, Stewart, Thomas and Mayor ., .

Shall the Charter of the City of Lake Oswego be amended by adding . 4
a Chapter XIV authorizing the Council to issue end sell $1,250,000.00 '
of general obligation bonds to provide funds for the extension of the . .
• Sanitary Sewer System, and the sewage treatment plant, pledge net
. revenues from charges from water users for the construction, operation
and maintenance of said system, and to levy taxes to pay the bonds,and

It was then moved by Coen, seconded by Stewart that the votes so shown
be accepted as approved. Carried.
