LU 15-0029: A request by Oswego Lake Country Club for approval to modify the Country Club's
conditional use permit in order to remove an approximately 2-acre portion of land from the Club's
property and a 2-parcel minor land partition. No development is proposed as part of this
application.
Location of Property: 20 Iron Mt. Blvd (Tax Lots 100 & 160 of Tax Map 2S1 E04 and Tax Lot
3000 of Tax Map 21 E04DB). The staff coordinator is Debra Andreades, Senior Planner.
