I. Roll Call Current members are: Lois Street, Cathie Anderson, Nancy Dunis,
Lauren Robertson and Mary Stasack
II. Approve August Minutes
III. Open Public Communication
A. Oral Communication: Individuals may speak on any item not listed on the
• agenda. Agenda items may be addressed as they are considered by the Committee.
A time limit of five minutes will apply for individuals and ten minutes for those
representing groups.
B. Written Communication: A review of correspondence directed to the
Committee.
